Vegetables that reflect farmers' passion
The vegetables used by MOS BURGER are all sourced domestically and freshly supplied by a network of 3,000 farmers around the nation. While of course controlling from where and by whom our ingredients are produced, we use only “vegetables that reflect farmers' passion” with the aim of informing our customers about production areas and the passion with which our affiliated farmers cultivate their vegetables.
The Mos Rice Burger was created in 1987.
This bold idea originated from the thought of, "Can we use the Japanese staple food, rice, to create a new product?"
Similar to Japanese rice balls, the rice plates are brushed with soy sauce and grilled to maintain their shape, while also providing a crispy texture and flavorful taste. This foundation can be matched with any ingredients.
Mos Burger used these rice plates to create the "Mos Rice Burger," a burger full of Japanese creativity that Mos Burger is proud of.
The chilled tomato slice goes perfectly with piping hot meat sauce and freshly grilled patty.
Fresh and crispy lettuce drizzled with MOS original teriyaki sauce and mayonnaise.
Kakiage is a delicious tempura dish featuring squid, shrimp, onions, carrots, and edamame. It's topped with a special sauce made with sesame oil and salted kombu, giving it a unique and satisfying flavor.
